Friday Foto Finish Fiesta
So, if anyone ever wants to know what there is to do out in the country when the nearest shopping and entertainment is located about 30 miles away.....
(Notice the bridge? Yeah, I put that there months ago so it would "age" appropriately. That's how long I've been planning this "photo shoot")
(Barbie ROCKS the fishing fashion. Seriously. She's FIERCE)
(Awwww....Kelly's so cute. See the fishing pole? Yeah, I made that. Out of string, a stick and an orange bead for the bobber....go ahead, call me a dork...I won't disagree!)
(They are such a cute mother and daughter team, aren't they? Next week, G.I. Joe making a souffle.)
....this is it.
If you wanna join in on the fun or just wanna look at other pretty(ier) photos, head on over to Candid Carrie's. You won't be sorry.
Later,
19 really cool people who give a rat's patootie:
THAT IS SO FUN FUN PHUNNNN!!
Great Photo's. And one great looking Fishing Barbie you've got there!!
HAPPY PHRYDAY!!

Girl, you are too much. Our nearest 'anything' is 30 miles away too. So, this actually depicts scenes around our house. My oldest found a cool curved stick and tied some fishing line on it so it really looks like she has a big catch on the line when she holds it!
That is SO neat! I wanna go fishing with Kelly!
In that last picture Barbie's just about to kick Kelly into the water. Haaaa ha ha I'm sick.
Hilarious! I love a girl that can still look hot while fishing. Love it.
You should really see if Barbie and the Bathtub Gangsta over at Happy Meal's could hook up.
How creative! Loved your pictures of Barbie!
yo, Barbie. I got my library card and I'm checkin' you out.
Is it sad that my Barbies want to come play with them?
I am totally impressed with how Barbie can keep her hair looking so marvelous while spending a long day fishing for the family's dinner. She is just that awesome.
Found you on Candid Carrie.
"on a lighter note" - love the Barbie shots. What I love even more is thinking about you setting those up and laughing to yourself about it. Too fun. Thanks for your thoughtful comment. I know my kids really have no concept either. Not quite time yet...we'll stick to Barbies and dress-up a little while longer.!
I had a hard time reading the read writing (maybe it's just my eyes).
BUT, I loved this photo shoot. lol Totally cool. You and your daughter rock at fishing! I bet she loved these.
Oh, my. I would so not have the patience for that. Now, my girls on the other hand would like to come and live with you.
If GI Joe can successfully make that souffle without it falling, I will officially give up trying to learn how to cook.
So I totally love Barbie. I won't even tell you how old I was when I stopped playing with them, but it was older than I think is probably acceptable. I even fantisized about having a little girl so I could play with her again. Love the pics. Awesome!
You have no idea how jealous I am right now... I have 3 boys who would rather chew off their own arm than even walk 10 feet within the Barbie aisle at Target.
You're a lucky woman, Mama Dawg.
LMAO! OMG you don't know how badly I needed a good laugh. I love the pics...just can't figure out why I can never be this creative!
such rugged out doorsy types, you girls!
If my girls see this... they will sooo want to stage photo shoots for their bazillion Barbies!
Whoa crap, is that the new Sarah Palin Barbie?
I had to do it.
