Who Would You Do?

It's Monday, y'all! (you're supposed to read that like Ms. Brit would say it).

I hate Monday's but you guys with your comments have made me laugh and have given me such warm fuzzies. Plus, I won a contest! I NEVER win anything so this is especially nice. It's a twofer. It's a Christmas present for my mom AND I get to share it. It was the new Il Divo c.d. (with another one thrown in for good measure) and I get to download it to my iPod after she gets a chance to listen to it.

I'll get to what you came here for. Here's this weeks "Who Would You Do?" (book by Susan Segrest)

If you're a Python fan, you'll appreciate this. If not and you have no clue who these guys are, just click on their names.

"All you want in life is a guy who can make you laugh. Well, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin (no relation) are all happy to take a fun loving tumble with you. Pick your Python passion. "

*Editor's Note---You HAVE to pick one of the choices. Even if you're a guy and the only choices are guys...same for girls...believe me, there are lots where it's only girls to choose from.

For me, it's a toss up between the obvious, John or Eric.

I'll take John on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'll take Eric on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

And on Sunday, I'll do as the Good Lord intended and will rest.

Irish Gumbo

Mawnty Python’s a-Flying Circus! (bah-ba-ba-ba-bump, ba-bump, ba-bump, ba-bump, ba-bump, bah, bah!)

This is perfect! From Monty Python & the Holy Grail: “I’ll do you for that, mate!”

You forgot Graham Chapman! WELL, if I had to pick, it’s probably a tossup between Graham Chapman (he was gay, so it wouldn’t be weird for ONE of us. Him, I mean) and Eric Idle. Eric was probably the best looking of them in drag.

“How do ye know ‘e’s the king?”
“’E’s the only one that doesn’t got shit all over ‘im!”

I confess. I am a big fan.

Happy Monday!

I remember when these guys looked a whole lot younger. Ah, but so did I, so there you go.

I'm with you on this one Mama. so I'll take John and Eric when they get their days off from you. Don't wear them out too too much.

Rhea

You know, I need to watch that movie. I saw it a looong time ago, like one time, and I barely remember it.

So, I'm not sure who I would pick. Terry is already naked, so that's kind of appealing...

Sarah's Blogtastic Adventures

Michael Palin hands down! : ) Oh and I am soo glad I don't have to share him...yet...hehe

I'm with you mama, Eric or John. I absolutely love the Monty Python crew. Growing up my dad used to rent the old Flying Circus episodes for us. Always a classic

Keys to the Magic Travel

I love Monty Python. We went and saw Spamalot at the beginning of this year. And I always think of "The Meaning of Life" after I have eaten too much. It's the standard here to ask for "one thin mint."

But I will pick John. For a reason that has nothing to do with Monty Python...and everything to do with "A Fish called Wanda." His character was named Archie Leach. Which is the real name of Cary Grant. I heard him in an interview say that "just for once...he wanted to be Cary Grant." It just made my heart melt :-)

Mama Dawg

I did not know that about Cary Grant!

Captain Dumbass

Huh. This is a tough one, MD. It requires more thought than I have time to give it right now. Which one could make me laugh the most after the trauma of having sex with another man? Tough choice.

Mama Dawg

That's one way of looking at it.

Swirl Girl

I work all day, I sleep all night and hang around in bars...

Michaels Palin for me!

scargosun

John. I wonder about those LONG

legs...

Lula!

Eric Idle, baby. Oh, he makes me happy.

unmitigated me

I have been hot for Michael palin for years. Seriously. I own all his books!

I've never been a big Monty Python fan. That and Benny Hill humor I just don't get.

But if I HAVE to choose between ew,ew,ew,ew or ew I choose John Cleese. At least he's somewhat dapper.

Anonymous

Do they have cheerleaders?
If so I'll do them, all of them!

sassy stephanie

I'll go with John. He's not too hard on the eyes and we'd be laughing all the way through it, fo sho.
